Debbie Furgueson

Debbie Furgueson is a 35-year veteran teacher with National Board Certification. She has spent much of her career working with special needs students who have experienced trauma. This passion for helping all students feel valued and able to be successful has been at the core of her work. She is the Founder and CEO of ‘A Better Classroom’ which offers workshops, coaching, and systems consulting. A native New Yorker, mum of four, and beach lover, Debbie resides in Connecticut where she teaches STEM Math to 6th graders.
